Fast cars need to slow and stop quickly and in a controlled manner.

The LC470 braking system provides best braking performance in all circumstances, bringing the car to rest from 60 mph in around 96 feet on a good dry surface.

The lightweight brake discs were selected to minimize rotating inertia and unsprung wheel weight.
Inertia and weight are the two most important factors which affect handling and overall performance.

Every pound lost from a part rotating at wheel RPM reduces the effective weight of the car by around 3 pounds.

Low unsprung wheel weight improves handling and traction while maintaining a comfortable ride.
